Project Description
- Maintenance and repair of transmission and distribution lines and cables in Shiraz, Kermanshah and Alborz provinces, as well as high pressure substations in the steel industry.
- Execution of overhead transmission lines up to 400 kV voltage level, including: foundation, installation of mast and wiring.
- Execution of cable lines up to the voltage level of 63 kV, including: cabling, cable head and joint installation with the necessary tests.
- Carrying out ascending visits to transmission and over-distribution line towers in the electrical mode to identify the defects of the lines and eliminate them
- Execution of OPGW overhead cabling on transmission lines in cold (with blackout) and hot (without blackout)
- Replacement of old conductors with Acss, GZACSR Gap Type up to 230 kV voltage level of new generation high capacity conductors
- Installation of insulator and spacer between fuzzy silicon rubber up to 400 kV voltage level
- Design, installation, implementation and testing stations’ earthing networks and high pressure line towers
- Troubleshooting and testing all types of high voltage cables
- Optimization of lines including: galvanizing painting of masts, modification of foundations, service and washing of contaminated insulators and installation of anti-bird bar
- Computer simulation with software, for accurate evaluation of the stations’ ground network
- Measurement of ohmic resistance and wave impedance of masts with modern devices to determine the efficiency of earth network and ground system
- Measuring the resistance of the ground network of stations
- Conducting continuity tests and step and contact voltages of the ground network of stations
- Implementing electrical insulation with 20 kV and LV busbars
